Lucius' Lapras is one of the fabled Six Heroes. It was revealed to Liko by her grandmother Diana.

Lucius' Kleavor and Lapras battled with each other as a friendly greeting and as a show of strength when they met up again on Mt. Tengu in the Land of Kitakami.

Neck Scars:

In a flashback memory, Lucius confronted Kleavor who had been tied up by the local villagers as it was interfering with their farming. Lucius untied it and it attacked him but Lucius' Lapras protected him from the axe but was hurt on its neck in the process which left scars.
