To thank customers for their patronage during 2011, the official Japanese Pokémon website announced that Shaymin, the Gratitude Pokémon, would be distributed at the Pokémon Centers in Japan for the Japanese versions of Pokémon Black and White from December 19th, 2011 until January 5th, 2012. Also, if players returned to a Pokémon Center between January 1st, 2012 and January 15th, 2012 and showed a Pokémon Center staff member the Shaymin in its Sky Forme, the staff member would give the player a special Shaymin thank you card. Famitsu reported the IDNo. as： 13038 but it was actually distributed as IDNo.： 12191
