A separate Jirachi from the Seoul Character and Licensing Fair (코엑스 서울캐릭터 라이선싱페어2013) one was given out from August 1st, 2013 until August 31st, 2013 via the Korean Wi-Fi Connection for the players of the Korean versions of Black, White, Black 2 and White 2. It was distributed as part of the Chilseok Festival.
