Maxsoft promoted this Arceus distribution on their Facebook page for Christmas and a limited amount of serial codes were posted on woobox. Japanese and English versions of game could redeem the code.

TCG players also had a chance to get this Arceus by sending in their receipt order information to Qisahn to get a serial code.
