To promote the recent release of the 13th Pocket Monsters movie, The Ruler of Illusions Zoroark (환영의 패왕 조로아크), the official Korean Pokémon website announced the download event. Dalgeon's Hassam (달건의 핫삼) was available from January 7th, 2011 until January 31th, 2011. Dalgeon is Grings Naheubelcheu's bodyguard and one of the key men in the 13th movie.

Player of the Korean version of Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold and SoulSilver could download the Hassam off of Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection or DS station locations.
