Summary:
Satoshi and friends chase after a Pippi that's been appearing all over the city. However, they were so focused on that chase they left their luggage unattended and their backpacks ended up getting stolen by someone. They head towards Junsa's police box to report this, and see that she's completely surrounded by people who have recently been victims of theft.

In the middle of this crowd, a man insists that the perpetrators were definitely aliens. As the man, who calls himself a self-proclaimed alien researcher, provides several pieces of evidence for this, multiple eyewitnesses claiming to have seen a mysterious UFO also speak up, and Satoshi and friends end up getting roped into joining a search for these aliens.
