Under the main tab: Site Updates and Site Rules links have been added.

Site Updates is a list of changes that have occurred on the site like a log list.
Hopefully that will help people find more info that we add but don't actually make a report or news article on the main part of the site.

The Site Rules link was already shown at the time of registering but this makes it easy for people to access the list for reference as the rules are strictly enforced here on the site. It also makes the rules accessible from every page on the site.
