TCGPokémon anime fans in the United States that have been waiting for years to watch the latest movies in the cinema again will now have the chance to see Pokémon The Movie White Victini and Zekrom in theaters. Cinedigm has now begun listing locations of their cinema's that will be hosting the special engagement on December 3rd & 4th. Summary

During their travels through the Unova region, Ash and his friends Iris and Cilan arrive in Eindoak Town, built around a castle called the Sword of the Vale. The three Trainers have come to compete in the town’s annual battle competition, and Ash manages to win with some unexpected help from the Mythical Pokémon Victini! It turns out Victini has a special bond with this place…

Long ago, the castle watched over the Kingdom of the Vale, and the partnership between Victini and the king protected its people who lived there. But that kingdom has since vanished into memory, leaving behind powerful relics and ancient Pokémon. Damon, a descendant of the People of the Vale, is trying to restore the lost kingdom with the help of his Reuniclus. His quest has taken him to the far reaches of the barren desert, and he has convinced the Legendary Pokémon Reshiram to join him in the search for truth!

Damon plans to trap Victini and harness its power, and as that plan gets under way, the entire town of Eindoak faces disaster! Can Ash awaken the Legendary Pokémon Zekrom to help him stop Damon and save Victini? The greatest adventure in Pokémon history approaches!

My-Cartoon has announced that the first Pocket Monsters Best Wishes DVD box set will be released in Taiwan on October 7th, 2011 for $1,680 Taiwanese Dollars. The set features the first 26 episodes of the series. The 7 disc box set features Dolby Digital 2.0 tracks in Japanese and Chinese Mandarin as well as a subtitle track in Chinese Mandarin. The video is 16:9 and NTSC.

TV Tokyo has just announced a massive giveaway contest, where 7777 "Channel 7 Pikachu Remotes" will be given out. The remote features a yellow Pikachu motif, complete with a Pocket Monsters Best Wishes logo, and has an extra large button for switching to channel 7, TV Tokyo's digital channel number, where Pocket Monsters Best Wishes airs every Thursday at 7PM.

The contest will last from September 29th to October 20th, at which point entrants can enter at http://www.tv-tokyo.co.jp/7ch_remocon/

A new DVD box set has been announced for release in Japan on January 18th, 2012. Pocket Monsters BW Pokémon TV Anime Collection DVD ~Pokémon Battle~ (ポケットモンスター ベストウイッシュ ポケモンTVアニメコレクションDVD ~ポケモンバトル~) is an 8 disk DVD set similar to previous box sets released in the past. The DVD's can be purchased separately or as a full box set for 3,192yen. The DVD's each contain 2 episodes, one from the new Best Wishes series and one from the original Kanto series. The official Pokémon website has announced the English dub titles for the 14th movies. The movies are called Pokémon The Movie: White—Victini and Zekrom / Pokémon The Movie: Black—Victini and Reshiram. Pokémon The Movie: White—Victini and Zekrom will premiere at Cinedigm Digital Cinemas through out the United States on December 3rd and 4th, 2011. Satoshi and friends along with Rocket Gang Nyarth are traveling to Raimon City when Nyarth befriends an Orbem. Little does Nyarth know that he is being mislead and ends up getting captured along with all of Satoshi and friends Pokémon by an evil villain named Leon. Will Satoshi and friends be able to rescue their Pokémon?!

Saturday's installment of TV Asahi entertainment show "Onegai! Ranking Gold" feature a segment on voice acting, where 100 Japanese voice actors were asked to vote for their favorites in the industry. The overall favorite was Koichi Yamadera (who has a token appearance in every Pocket Monsters movie), while Megumi Hayashibara (Musashi) ranked 8th and Ikue Ohtani (Pikachu) ranked 20th on the list.
