ロングセールスとなったセカンド・アルバム『Sweet Bridge』から約1年ぶりとなる待望のオリジナル・アルバムが完成！
2004年6月にリリースされた『Let's go faraway』から最新シングル『Dear friend』ほか、3曲のシングルに加えて劇場版「ポケモンレンジャーと蒼海の王子マナフィ」の主題歌の為に書き下ろされた新録曲ほか全13曲を収録。
これまでのSowelu像をくつがえすぐらいに素のままの自分をさらけ出したいと考えたSoweluがたどり着いた等身大の作品。過去の楽曲に比べ、ヴォーカルのコーラスワークを最小限に抑え、曲（メロディー）や歌詞、歌がこれまで以上にダイレクトに聴き手に伝わる作品に仕上がっている。新たな方向性を示唆する1枚が完成。 タイトルの『24-twenty four-』は、素のままの自分、Soweluの日常（24時間）を表現していることが由来。06年11月に24歳を迎えるSoweluが、未来の自分にむけています。
