Charon is one of the admins of Team Galactic as well as their leading scientist, only appearing in Pokémon Platinum Version. When Cyrus disappeared into the Distortion World, he became Team Galactic's new leader, and sought to capture Heatran from Stark Mountain using the Magma Stone. However, he was arrested by Looker, disbanding the last of Team Galactic.

Charon was the initial person to discover Rotom, and figure out how it can go through different appliances. He may be a descendant of Choy, but this has not been confirmed.

Pokémon the Series

He was first seen at the Team Galactic base but didn't play a large role until later in the series when he was trying to find the ruins in Mt. Coronet.
