Biography
Red Eye is the leader of the Pokémon Nappers (ポケモンナッパーズ). After Pokémon Ranger Natsuya managed to rescue Latios and allow it to get away, Red Eye appeared and shocked Natsuya and the Mukuhawk he was riding which caused Natsuya to fall into the ocean.
