Biography
During the Sinnoh Grand Festival at the Lakeside Resort, it was revealed during the Appeal round that Kenny's Prinplup had evolved into an Empoleon. It Luster Cannon proved to be too powerful for his Floatzel to handle and it resulted in Kenny not advancing to the next round.
