Biography
Shimako is the manager of the vendors for the Sinnoh League. She ran a lottery to see which areas people would be responsible for but Musashi ended up picking area number 139 which was in a remote section of the stadium.
When Rocket Gang ran their booth, Shimako was quite impressed with their selling skills as she scouted them out.
