Annie is very famous in the thieving business as she works with her partner and sister Oakley to steal valuable objects. She is very concerned about her looks as she is always touching up her hair and makeup whenever she can. Unlike her sister, she is more accustom to wearing designer clothes and wondering what kinds of clothes others are wearing.
When she was in kindergarten, she evolved her sister's Kusaihana into a Ruffresia without asking her. She wanted to evolve it into a Kireihana and she has yet to forgive her sister for that.

Annie and Oakley were arrested by Officer Jenny and sent to a maximum security prison where they would carry out their sentences.
