Biography
Inakano Town Elder is a member of the cheering squad from the town. He was seen in the halls of the stadium at the Isshu League in Higaki City cheering on Russet. He noted that Russet was the first Trainer from Inakano Town to make it through the second round of the Isshu League. He has been on the cheering squad for 25 years and he was so happy that his tears won't stop.
