Biography
A magician who is not very good at performing in his own magic shows. He asks Misty to become his new assistant after his previous one quit.
After his Exeggcute hynotized Ash, Melvin used him to capture several Exeggutor which he planned on using to hypnotized everyone at the carnival so that they would attend his show.
