Biography
Ishizuka is a Sihorn racer who wore the number 5 in a race at the Smillville track. He was seen racing twice, once when Ash Ketchum and his friends first arrived and then in the race that Ash Ketchum participated in.
During the race with Ash Ketchum, Ishizuka was attacked and captured by Team Rocket so they could steal the racers Rihorn's. He was later let go by Ash Ketchum and his friends.
