Biography
Dolan is a Pokémon Merchant who captures Pokémon from various regions for Pokémon Collectors all over the world and sell them out on a large scale on the Internet. Dolan places transmitting devices on his captured Pokémon so he can follow them if they escape.
With help from Ash Ketchum, Officer Jenny (Kalos) managed to arrest Dolan and they let all the captured Pokémon go.
