Shane Seeker is a Pokémon Trainer that fills his Pokédex with shiny or alternate-color Pokémon that sparkle when they appear. When his first Pokémon was a Shiny Pokémon, he thought it was fate that he was going to fill up a Pokédex in a way nobody ever had before. He plans to be the first to person to do it, no matter how many years it takes him.

Ash's Pikachu rescued him from the inside a Cofagrigus after he was searching the Colossus Ruins at the Desert Resort in the Unova region. He then helped in the Raid Battle against Golurk where Goh captured it.

On his Rotom Phone, it was shown that he'd unlocked: a Shiny Onix, a Shiny Swinub, a Shiny Slakoth and a Shiny Bagon.

The Netflix English closed captions erroneously name him Shame but the end credits say Shane Seeker.
