Biography
An Ivysaur belonging to the Instructor at the Pokémon League entrance exam.
James sent Ivysaur out with Charizard but was disqualified straight away as two Pokémon could not battle against the Instructor at the same time. He later attempted to get Ivysaur to attack the Instructor but Ivysaur turned around and attacked James instead.
