Cara Liss is a Fossil Researcher who digs up and restores Fossil Pokémon in the Galar region's Wild Area. She works alongside fellow Fossil Researcher Bray Zenn who is always calling her work methods careless, for which her English dub name is based off of. She restored an Arctozolt using a Fossil Restorer Machine and after getting lots of new data studying it, she allowed Goh to catch it.
