Gizmo Bilt is a young computer enthusiast and fan of Professor Cerise. He got his Kecleon to enter the Cerise Laboratory by going invisible at night with a camera so he could see the passwords for the data that had been collected and stored on the labs computers and delete it.

After a confrontation from Goh, he was captured and Professor Cerise showed up. He was surprised to meet him and told him that he was a big fan and wanted to get his autograph. He said he actually respected the professor and the institute a lot and after being honest with the professor, he restored the labs the data for him.
