Laxton is a former student of Professor Cerise who has been farming for the past two years. When he was researching at Cerise Lab, he knew Chloe Cerise when she was a bit smaller. She has since grown since the last time he saw her. He sent Professor Cerise a basket of fresh vegetables from his farm along with a picture showing that a group of Diglett and Dugtrio suddenly appeared on his farm causing big problems.
