Biography
The Shell Sage's Turtwig raced against Team Rocket's Chewtle in a park in Vermilion City. Shell Sage's Tirtouga joined the race as they passed a sandbox. It was pretty fast but then it hit its head at the end of the sandbox and knocked itself out.
