Lisia is a girl from Sootopolis City who appears in OmegaRuby and AlphaSapphire. She is Wallace's younger niece, and a famous Coordinator. She holds the title as the No. 1 idol in the Houen region and her wink is very cute.

She competed in the Lilycove City Pokémon Contest and was surrounded by fans outside the contest building hoping to see their favorite idol. She was also filming as a Contest Scout and saw Chloe Cerise. Despite Chloe's hesitance, she convinced her to participate in the contest and gave her a Contest Pass and a Pokéblock Case. Lisia faced off against Serena but the both of them ended up winning the contest.
