Cogita is a woman who lives all alone in the Hisui region's Ancient Retreat. She also is the only character who doesn't belong to any group, but has a good relationship with the Gingko Guild. Cogita has knowledge of many legends, including the myth of Enamorus.

Cogita and Volo are very close in resemblance, but it's unknown if the two have any family ties. She may also be the ancestor of Cynthia, but this has not been confirmed either.
