Biography
Riley is one of five trainers who can join with the main character during an event in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. His partner Pokémon is a Lucario, and he seems to own Iron Island. Riley may be a descendant of Rye, but it has not been confirmed.
Pokémon the Series
Riley first appeared at Iron Island in the anime as he rescued Ash from Aggron's attack.
