Gonzo Kabira is the chairman of Nemuro Shopping Arcade. He runs a bedding store and is well known in the shopping district. He fell asleep without reacting to ADventure's initial district revitalization project presentation. It wasn't until Madoka Akagi incorporated making children feel okay coming to the district and incorporating Rugby into the pitch that he reacted to their proposal.
