Kamina's Altaria is the evolved form of Kamina's Swablu and can Mega evolve. It loves singing and when René was younger, she came upon Tyltto in the forest and listened to it sing. She gave it a ribbon with a Mega Stone and waved goodbye to it. Kamina's Swablu left the forest and headed for the city. But when it got to the city, no one paid it any attention. Tyltto then met Kamina and she asked it to become her partner.

A year passed and they practiced for the Grand Prix and René spotted the ribbon she had given to Tyltto years earlier on Kamina's Altaria and she gave Kamina a Key Stone necklace as she was glad Tyltto had finally found a partner. Tyltto evolved into Tyltalis just before their Grand Prix performance and they competed together on stage at the Grand Prix but they didn't win but intended to have a huge fireworks display during their next performance.
