Biography
When Tony and Emily's Nidoran♀ kissed after being reunited, Tony evolved into Nidorino and Emily's Nidoran♀ evolved into Nidorina. After seeing how happy the two Pokémon are together Ralph and Emily built them a house between their own houses so they could both stay together.
