The official Pokémon Korea website has updated and has announced two new events that will be taking place from February 1st, 2011 until February 28th, 2011. The first event is Ash's Pikachu (지우의 피카츄) which will be available for players of the Korean versions of Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold and SoulSilver. Players can download it via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection (닌텐도 Wi-Fi 커넥션) or at participating DS Download Station locations at Shinsegae Yeongdeungpo Department Store in Seoul, 8th Floor (신세계 영등점 8층), Shinsegae Centum City Department Store in Hae-undae-gu, Busan, 6th Floor (신세계 부산 센텀시티점 6층), and Hobby Square in Seoul, 4th Floor (갤러리아 콩코스 4층).

Ash's Pikachu has the same moves as Satoshi's Pikachu which was distributed in Japan in 2010. It knows the following moves: Volt Tackle, Iron Tail, Quick Attack & Thunderbolt. The IDno. is 02011, the OT is 지우 (Jiu - Ash) and its nickname is 피카츄 (Pikachu).

A Pokéwalker Spots will be available that offering the same TM's that the Japanese event did did last year. Players can download a random TM from a selection of 10 to their Pokéwalker. The Pokéwalker stations are also setup at the same locations at Ash's Pikachu. The available TM's include popular moves such as Overheat and Rock Slide and the full list of TM's that can be downloaded is posted below.
