Pokémon Sleep has announced the update contents for version 3.6.0.

Addition of a New Relaxing Sound
Soaring Illusions

Limits to Be Unlocked
• Helper Pokémon level: 65 → 70
• Research rank: 65 → 70
• Recipe level: 65 → 70
• Pokémon Box max capacity: 1,200 → 1,400

Balance Adjustments
Adjustments to the level at which helper Pokémon sub skills are unlocked.

The new levels for unlocking subskills will be as follows.
• Unlocks at Lv. 75 → unlocks at Lv.70
• Unlocks at Lv. 100 → unlocks at Lv.80

We are also considering adding bonuses that would be unlocked after Lv. 80 as a long-term goal. This bonus would be a new feature, separate from the existing sub skills.

We plan to make it a feature that allows researchers to choose which stats they want to bring out from a set of options, unlike sub skills, which are determined when each Pokémon is befriended.

Increase in EXP gained from Pokémon Candies
The EXP gained from one Pokémon Candy will be adjusted as follows.

From Lv. 1 until reaching Lv. 25: 35 → 40
From Lv. 25 until reaching Lv. 30: 30 → 35
From Lv. 30 onward: 25 → 25 (no change)
Note: The number of Dream Shards used at the same time will not change.

Adjustments to the kinds of Pokémon you can encounter in each area

How to Check the Area Dex
1. From the home screen, tap Main Menu > Map
2. Tap the area you would like to check
3. Tap “Area Dex” on the pop-up that appears

Changes to weekly mission rewards
The Pokémon incenses you can get as weekly missions rewards in some areas will change.
• This applies to the following areas: Snowdrop Tundra, and Greengrass Isle (Expert)
Note: These changes will start Jun. 29 (Mon) at 4:00 a.m..

Adjustments to cooking pot capacity
The capacity of your cooking pot, which refers to the maximum number of ingredients you can use while cooking, can be expanded by completing Sleep Style Dex goals. This will be adjusted as follows.

• 15 → 21
• 18 → 23
• 21 → 25
• 24 → 27
• 27 → 29
• 30 → 31
• More than 33 → no change

• Adjustments to the amount of Dream Shards obtained by exchanging Dream Clusters The amount of Dream Shards that you can obtain by exchanging Dream Clusters will be increased slightly.

Pokémon Sleep has announced that the Third Anniversary Prelude Event will take place from Monday, July 6th, 2026 at 4:00 a.m. to Monday, July 13th, 2026 at 3:59 a.m.

It’s almost the third anniversary! The season to celebrate has arrived! Jul. 20 (Mon) marks the third anniversary of Pokémon Sleep’s global release! This event is a special time to commemorate this milestone.

During the event, we’ll be giving out 150 bonus sleep points every day. Also, Treecko, Torchic, and Mudkip—who appeared during the Second Anniversary Fest—will have a greater appearance rate, and there will be all kinds of bonuses. We hope you’re looking forward to this!

The Pokémon Company International announced on June 1st, 2026, the Pokémon Trading Card Game: 30th Celebration Expansion set and revealed it would be released on September 16th, 2026 at participating retailers worldwide. June 30, 2026 — The Pokémon Company International today revealed more details about the highly anticipated Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG): 30th Celebration expansion, available at participating retailers around the world beginning Sept. 16, 2026.

Unveiled earlier this month, the commemorative 30th Celebration expansion contains all foil cards and will introduce an all-new card rarity, Futuristic rare, which will feature vibrant new visuals illustrated by the renowned Japanese artist YOSHIROTTEN. In addition, fans can look forward to discovering one of 30 Pikachu rare cards in each 30th Celebration booster pack, encountering Pokémon illustrated in various moments throughout daytime and nighttime and discovering 30 classic Pokémon cards making a return to the Pokémon TCG.

Cards from 30th Celebration will be available in the following products beginning Sept. 16, 2026:[1]
