Oha Suta debuted the full trailer for the upcoming movie Extremespeed Genesect: The Awakening of Mewtwo (神速のゲノセクト ミュウツー覚醒). The official movie website also updated shortly after with new information. The trailer showcases the Genesect wrecking havoc in New Tork City until Satoshi and friends intervene and Mewtwo shows up just in time to protect them.

Movie Story

Satoshi, Pikachu and friends visit the metropolis New Tork City. In the middle of the city, Pokemon Hills, a residental area exclusively for Pokemon, and intended to provide them protection and shelter, is just about nearing completion. "ELIMINATE THE ENEMY..." Suddenly, a red Pokémon shows up in Pokémon Hills. It's name is Genesect. They are Pokémon the Plasma Gang revived from a 3 million year old fossil in order to use as a weapon. They have been separated from their former homes, and perceive everyone they see as enemies. Turning towards Satoshi and the others, they fire Techno Blasts from the cannons on their backs at them. ...but just then, someone blocks the attack and saves the group: Amazingly, it's the legendary Pokémon Mewtwo. "These are Pokémon never meant to live in this world... just like I am." Understanding Genesect's grief, Mewtwo confronts them. The two clash together in a massive fight, which tremendous shockwaves shoot through the entire city. And as the battle surpasses the limits of both Pokémon, it develops into the greatest speed battle ever seen! Can Satoshi and Pikachu, who are caught in the middle of all this, save the Pokémon of Pokémon Hills!? This summer, Mewtwo's awakening begins!

	Satoshi: A young boy aiming to become a Pokemon Master, traveling the Isshu region together with his partner Pikachu. Alongside his friends Iris and Dent, he has come to New Tork City in order to study Pokémon Hills.
	Iris: A girl training Dragon Types, traveling for the purpose of eventually becoming a Dragon Master. Her partner Pokémon is Kibago. Her catchphrase is "You're such a child..."
	Dent: A Gym Leader traveling together with Satoshi. He is a qualified Pokemon Sommelier, one who analyzes the compatibility of trainers and Pokémon. He also has a variety of other interests, such as subway trains, fishing and movies. His partner Pokémon is Yanappu.

	Genesect: A Pokémon that existed 300 million years ago, altered by the Plasma Gang. Revived alongside the Red Genesect. The four differ due to the different cassettes slotted into the gun on their backs.
	Yamirami: A Pokémon that lives in Pokémon Hills. It befriends Satoshi and friends.
	Satoshi and Friends' Pokémon: His partner Pikachu is first in line, then comes the old guard of Mijumaru, Tsutarja and Chaoboo. Both Kibago, Yanappu and the recently returned Lizardon partake in the movie as well.
	The Pokémon of Pokémon Hills: Pokémon Hills consists of many "stages" where the environments have been laid out to suit a variety of Pokémon types, allowing a huge amount of Pokémon to live there.

Pikachu and its Eievui Friends

On a summer day, Pikachu, Kibago, Yanappu and Mijumaru meet a Nymphia in a flower bed, and are invited into the forest. There, they find the Eievui House, where Eievui and its friends live together! The pampered Thunders, the shy Booster, as well as Showers, Eifie, Blacky, Leafia and Glacia. Everyone loves Eievui and it evolutions, and they all appear here. And Nyarth and Sonansu take part in the story too, as handsome housekeepers!? All is set for an eventful sleepover to begin!
