Subaru Kimura, born Subaru Samuel Bartsch, is a German-Japanese voice actor and rapper who is represented by the talent agency Atomic Monkey. He is the main MC for Oha Suta as of October 2020.

He appeared in the original TV Tokyo airing of PM2023 Episode 18 on August 18th, 2023 and did a special guest singing of the ending. The official Japanese Anime PR Twitter account also posted a special video on August 20th, 2023 featuring outtakes of Oha Suta's his appearance singing RVR〜Rising Volt Tacklers Rap〜.
