Biography
Anabel is a character who first appeared in Pokemon Emerald, as the leader of the Hoenn Battle Frontier's Battle Tower. In the Sun and Moon series however, she is a member of the International Police, and had found Looker, who had fell from an Ultra Wormhole ten years earlier.
