Biography
Devi's Minun works for the All Service business in the Vermilion City area in the Kanto region. Plusle and Minun are the company's mascots. They do everything from fixing pipes to caring for Pokémon. Devi's Minun was a bit annoyed at Multa for contributing to Devi getting injured.
