Biography
Roserade protects the field of flowers from bad people like Team Rocket. Forsythia met Budew in a Pokémon Center as it was recovering from a fight with a couple of other Pokémon. Budew liked the look of the bouquet of flowers that Forsythia had. Forsythia gave Budew her red scarf and they became friends.
