Biography
Goh's Pidgeotto was captured after Goh had an encounter with Team Rocket in a mall in Vermilion City. The roof of the mall had a hole from where Team Rocket blasted through it and Pidgeotto looked down through the hole. Ash Ketchum and Goh spotted it and Goh threw a Poké Ball at it and caught it.
