Pokémon National Zukan Pro (ポケモン全国図鑑Pro) is an updated version of Pokémon 3D Zukan BW (ポケモン立体図鑑BW). The update will be released in Japan on July 14th, 2012 for 1500 yen. Black Kyurem & White Kyurem will also be featured in the updated version.

Pokémon AR Searcher (ポケモンARサーチャー) is a completely new application that will be available on the Japanese Nintendo 3DS eShop on June 23rd, 2012 for 300 yen. The application is an Augmented Reality game that utilizes the 3DS's camera to allow users to find Pokémon in their surroundings. The captured Pokémon can then be transferred to the new games Pokémon Black 2 and White 2.

I wonder if for the EU/US, they'll wait for the release of BW2 before they release it there. Anyway, I hope the Pokédex's worth it, because 15€ is rather expansive, even with 640+ Pokémon in it...

Yeah that's very expensive for a Dex app considering the original version was free. This update should be free as well as its not really that interesting or fun. It's a cool companion for the games but its something that should be complementary. Players should get an unlock code if they purchase Black 2 or White 2.

Yeah, didn't think about an unlock code for BW2 owners.... or even just a discount (5$ would seem a fair price for it).

I hope Nintendo are aware that if lots of people downloaded the Pokédex 3D... it was because it was free.

There were some recent news about Nintendo suffering a huge fiscal loss. I wonder if all future 3DS applications, including this one, will be higher priced to make up for it.
