Information about this years Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade has been announced. Once again Pikachu will be a featured balloon. 'Pikachu w/ Poke-ball' giant balloon will parade through downtown New York City. Since 2001, a Pikachu balloon has been flown in the parade, demonstrating the popularity of Pokemon. The original Pikachu balloon was used from 2001 until 2005. Last year a Pikachu with Poke Ball balloon was introduced and this should be the same balloon used in the parade this year.

If you are in New York City, this will be a great time for you, your family and friends to see Pikachu larger than life. If you cannot see it in person, NBC will be broadcasting the parade from 9AM to Noon on November 22nd, 2007.
