It has been announced that the Pokémon Center Hiroshima will relocate to the second floor of Ekie, near the north exit of Hiroshima Station, and reopen around April 2025! The current store will close in late March 2025, and preparations will begin for the opening of the new store.


Prior to the relocation, the Gyarados Square by Pokémon Center Hiroshima (ギャラドスひろば by ポケモンセンターヒロシマ) will open on Monday, March 24th, 2025 on the Soramoa Square (ソラモア広場) rooftop which is situated on the new Hiroshima Station building minamoa.

Children and adults can spend time with Pokémon in this square which also includes large play equipment in the shape of Gyarados, the main mascot Pokémon of Pokémon Center Hiroshima.

For a while after the opening, use of the play equipment will require reservations. Details will be announced on the official minamoa website, which is scheduled to open in early March.
