Glalie Mega Evoles into Mega Glalie. The excessive energy from its Mega Evolution gushes out of its mouth, blasting away and destroying its jaw and because of this, Mega Glalie is no longer able to close its mouth while the freezing air it emits becomes far stronger. Mega Glalie tosses opponents into its gaping mouth, expelling a burst of chilled air to freeze them instantly.

Secret Missions

Apart from the standard missions that are in the demo, there are also some special secret missions that players can unlock after playing through the demo.

Information Picture
Let's Go Somewhere Secret: After playing through the demo, players may receive a special mission which they can double battle with May against Team Aqua or Team Magma. Steven takes players to the island where they have to find out what they are doing as running them off once wasn't enough to stop them from returning and causing more trouble.

There are no wild Pokémon or items to obtain in this mission but once the player has completed it, an option to play it again can be selected by talking to Steven.

After playing the demo for 15 days, players have the chance to unlock the strange man mission. Steven explains there are rumors of a strange man on a nearby island. When players explore the spiral maze area and find the man, he gives them a Nugget which can then be transferred to the full version of the game. Mission2 pic

Players were able to transfer Pokémon and items obtained in the demo version to the full versions of the games by using the Pokémon Link feature. In order to transfer the items players must first load the demo and talk to Steven in front of the Pokémon Center. Players can then select "Send to full game" and then select what they'd like to transfer over. Once the items had been selected, players needed to start the full version of Pokémon Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire and select Pokémon Link from the title menu. After a few moments while it transfers, players could then use one of the PCs at the Pokémon Center to access the Pokémon.

Each time a player completed the demo, certain items became available to transfer over to the main game. Below is a list of the items that were available and how many adventures players needed to complete the demo to unlock them.

Pokémon Support - Demo Code - Updated Posting - 10/21/14 6:04 PM PST

In the United States and Canada on October 21st, 2014, the October 2014 Pokémon newsletter had some issues with the code distribution. Some people did not receive the email on time while others received the email but got a blank code. Pokémon Support posted a couple of messages to help users with the issue.

pic

We believe that the issue with code images not appearing in the October Pokémon newsletter have been resolved. Users should now be able to view their code simply by reopening the original newsletter email. If this doesn't work immediately, users can click the "Having trouble viewing this email? View this email online." at the top right of the newsletter image.

Any users still not able to view their codes are encouraged to reopen a service ticket.

For users who signed up for the newsletter prior to 10/20 and still have not received it, we ask that you be patient.

Because of the large volume of newsletters sent, there could be some delays as they make their way through the various internet providers and networks, leading to some users receiving their newsletters before other users.

We believe that all newsletters should deliver within the next few days. We recommend that you check your junk email folders and again make sure that [email protected] has been added to your safe senders list.

I haven't received my Alpha Ruby/Omega Sapphire demo code - Original Message

It has come to our attention that some users have not yet received their copy of the newsletter, and that some who have are reporting that the code for the Alpha Ruby/Omega Sapphire Demo is not appearing properly in the message.

Because of the large volume of newsletters sent, there could be some delays as they make their way through the various internet providers and networks, leading to some users receiving their newsletters before other users.

We’re working closely with our service partner to resolve the issue of non-displaying codes and hope to see the issue resolved shortly. This should not require us to re-send the message as once the error is corrected users will then see the code appear in their original newsletter email.

We will update this article as we receive information, and we encourage you to click the subscribe link so that you are notified as we update this issue.

For users who didn't subscribe to the Pokemon.com newsletter in time, check out some of the other ways you can receive a demo code at Nintendo.com

Thank you, Pokémon Support
