The Pokémon names you were supposed to fill in according to the hints were these:
A: Gamenodes (ガメノデス)
B: Brigarron (ブリガロン)
C: Lisyan (リーシャン)
D: Aiant (アイアント)
E: Skunpoo (スカンプー) (Skutank (スカタンク) was also considered correct)
The first keyword was in the squares marked with a blue border. If you put the first character in each Pokémon name together, you get "ガブリアス" (Gablias).
The second keyword could be found by reading the characters you get by counting according to the numbers listed on the left of each row, and was "メガシンカ" (Mega Evolution).
From these two keywords, you get "Mega Gablias".
