ある日、ポケモンが住む世界で、ニンゲンからポッチャマになっちゃった男の子とヒコザルが出会い、探検隊「ポケダンズ」の冒険が始まった！そして今、大きな危機を迎えようとしている世界を「時の歯車」によって救うため、ポケダンズとジュプトルは「幻の大地」へと向かって行く……。
