Details
The official Japanese Pokémon website announced that another Jirachi other than the Decolora Jirachi would be distributed at the Tohoku Pokémon Center from August 1st, 2013 until August 31st, 2013 to celebrate the Tanabata Festival. Players of the Japanese versions of Black, White, Black 2 and White 2 could receive the Jirachi.
