This Zoroark was scheduled to be distributed at GameStop in Germany but approximately a week before it was to be distributed, all distribution information was taken down from the official Pokémon website and this Zoroark was not actually obtainable in Germany.

A user asked GameStop for details about why this event had been canceled in Germany and the GameStop Team responded with this reply stating there was

We are unfortunately not hosting this event. This must be a mistake from the manufacturer.
