Nintendo announced their Earnings Release: Six Months Ended September 30, 2023 on November 7th, 2023. Sales of Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet have reached 23.23 million units as of September 30th, 2023.

Detective Pikachu Returns was released in October which helped start the holiday season. In addition, The Indigo Disk, the second part of The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero add-on content for Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, is scheduled for release in December.
