Pokemon Centers in Japan began distributing a Lucario leaflet this week. The leaflet says: 'Lucario's Exciting Fair' ( Lucario Waku Waku Fair - ルカリオわくわくフェア). This is obviously some kind of Lucario event starting on May 1st. More information when it becomes available.
