The latest episode of Pokémon Sunday, Diamond & Pearl Returns 'Fuwante and the Carrier of the North Wind!' / 'Pokémon Battle Special!' (ダイヤモンド＆パールリターンズ「フワンテと北風の使い！」 / ポケモンバトルスペシャル！), aired on Sunday in Japan.

This weeks Diamond & Pearl Returns is フワンテと北風の使い！(Fuwante and the Carrier of the North Wind!) which is the Twenty-Eighth episode of Diamond & Pearl. Satoshi and friends arrive at a Pokémon Center just outside of the Valley Powerplant. Sayaka takes Satoshi to meet her Pokemon friend, a Suicune. Will Satoshi meet the legendary Pokemon Suicune?

In today's episode, the Pokemon Sunday crew are pitted against Handsome Yamamoto and his Handsome Squadron in a series of battles in Pokemon Battle Revolution and Pokemon Platinum. Also, Shoko-tan does a live performance of the new DP ending theme, and "Professor Akido" formally announces the new Wi-Fi Shaymin event."
