Nice work on that one! I always liked the Mewtwo movies. I kinda wish they'd do another one. I was hoping when they did that who Mewtwo promotion earlier in the year they'd do another anime special or something.

They really could have used the Mewtwo plot in Unova/Isshu, seeing as it was overseeing a city similar to Nimbasa City at the end of the special and that there was merchandise of the Pokémon not long ago. A shame that it wasn't used as an opportunity to develop further the plot. Sakaki/Giovanni was also in the region not too long ago, so they had a nice excuse to give it a shot. I think the writers have forgotten that a long time ago, also because they're focused on promoting only the 5th Generation Pokémon (not counting Pikachu and Nyarth/Meowth).
The Mewtwo special was also the first anime segment to use Movie 2 BGM after the respective movie.

Oh wow it was really heavy on the movie BGM music. I really didn't realize that till looking at the list of tracks. Aratanaru Chikai is one of my favorite Pokemon songs, up there with Chiisaki Mono and Battle Frontier.

I liked especially the second episode out of these three. It used many songs from previous CDs.

That's a great job! How you're gonna deal with the fact that there are two movies and as many OSTs, but the movie has only one page for it?

Right at the end of the actual episode 252 the Title Theme of the Movie 4 plays, which is the premiere of that movie's BGM in the series. What's odd, however, is that it does so before the Movie 3's.

The two movie 14s have their individual music cues at the same points, so just noting which tracks are for the Zekrom and which tracks are for the Reshiram movie should do the job.
